I liked how Sonja tended to the smallest of details in a professional manner... vet care paperwork with vaccinations, deworming and chip, bloodline documents of parents, new collar and leash, and a small litter scented blanket. I liked that she is a groomer, too, as our pup was freshly bathed and trimmed.
